-Tickets are to be purchased online before your visit, with the selection of a time slot.
No tickets will be sold on site.
Print your tickets beforehand or have them ready on a mobile device.
The start of your time slot is also the starting time of your visit. Please be on time.
-A maximum of four people older than 12 and two children younger than 12 belonging to the same household will be allowed to enter together.
By entering the museum together, you implicitly declare on your honour that you are a bubble living under the same roof.
-Last entry is at 15.30, and the museum closes its doors at 17.00. No entry will be allowed after 15.30.
-In the museum, you will have to follow a corona-safe one-way circuit. Please strictly respect the markings.
-Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times in the museum.
-It is prohibited to eat or drink inside the museum.
-Please avoid bringing items such as bags, backpacks, suitcases, big umbrellas, steps of any kind, etc.
There is no cloakroom available in the museum.
You are not allowed to enter the museum with bags, handbags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, or any other item bigger than 34 cm x 22 cm x 12 cm.
These measures have been taken in consultation with our prevention services and the social partners, following the rules issued by the federal government. Their aim is to ensure the safety of our visitors and our staff and to allow us, as a society, to return to a more "normal" situation as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
